  10. It will be held over two days, and we expecting about fifty or sixty people.

  12. Sometime early next year, like the end of the Journary.

  15. Our conference facilities are already booked for the weekend, begining the journal the 28th.
  16. We could do the first weekend in feburday.

  21. OK, now, can you tell me a bit about what conference facilities you have ?
  22. Sure, for talks and prensations we have the Tesla Room.

  25. It's holds up to a hundred people, and it's fully equiped with a projector and so on.
  26. How about the microphone?
  27. Yes, that will be all set up ready for you. And there will be one that the member of the audience can use too, for question if encessary.
  28. Fine, and we also needs some sort of open area, where people can sit and have a couple of coffee, and we glad to have an expectation of our product services there is well, so that all need to be quite big spaces.
  29. That's fine, there is a cenrtal altrium, with all those facilities, and you can come before the conference start, before you want to set everything up.

  31. Oh, yes, that's free and avaible thought out the hotel.

  34. We can do a two course meal with a number of different options.
  35. What's sort of price we are looking at for that?
  36. Well, i can send you a couple this standard of menu?
  37. That's fouty five dollars per person.
  38. Or, you can also have a special for 25 dollars more.
  39. I think this strandard should be ok, yes, send me the menu.
  40. Now, we are also going to need accomation on the Saturday night, for some of participants.
  41. I am not sure about how many, but probably about twenty five.
  42. So, what do you charge for the room?
  43. Well, for conference attendence, we have a twenty five percent redcution, so we can offer you rooms at one hundred and thirty five dollars.
  44. Normally a stanard rooms a hundred and eighty dollars.
  45. And does it include breakfast?
  46. Sure, and ofcourse, guest can also make you some all the other facilities at the hotel.
  47. So we could spa, where you can get a massage, and facials and so on, and there is a pool up on the roof for the use of guests.
  48. Great, what about the transport links?
  49. The hotel is in downtown isn't it?
  50. Yes, it's about twelve kilometers from the airport, but there is a comlipmentary shuttle bus for guests.
  51. End, it's only about ten minutes work from the central railway station.
  52. OK, i don't know Sydney very well, can you just give a idea of location of the hotel.
  53. Well, it's on downtown on wellbe street, that's quite a small street, it's not very far from the sea.
  54. And of course, if the conference attendence want to go out on the Saturday evening, there is a huge choice of places to eat.
  55. Then, if they want to make a night of it, they can go on to one of the clubs in area, there are great many to choose from.
  56. OK, so if we go ahead with this, can you give me some information about how much?
