- The training you did JPMWU a few years ago.
- I am planning for the same thing.
- Oh, right.
- Yes, i did mine in 2014.
- That's the best i ever did.
- I still working there.
- Really?
- what you doing?
- Well, now i work in customer services department, but i did my initial trainning in Finance.
- I stay there for the first two years, and then i move to

- That's the same department i am applying for.
- Did you enjoy it?
- I was pretty nervous to begin with.
- I didn't do well my exams at school, and i am really worry, because i failed math.
- But it didn't actually matter, because i did lots of course on the job.
- Did you get a
diploma at the end of your trainning period.
- I am hoping to do
one in business skills.
- Yes, that sounds good.
- I took one on IT skills, but i wish i would done that one instead.
- OK, that's good to know.
- What about the other trainnees?
- How did you get on with them?
- There were about twenty of us who started at the same time, and we were all around the same age.
- I was eighteen, there was only one person younger than me, who is seventeen.
- The rest were between eighteen and twenty.
- We made
some good friends.
- I find a lots of good things about training JPM.
It seems like there are a lot opportunities there.
- Yes, definitly.
- Because,
of its size you can work in loads different area within the organization.
- What about pay?
- I know you get a low minmum wage than a regular employees.
- That's right,
which isn't great.
- But you can get the same number of days holiday than everyone else.
- And the pay goes up massivly if they offer you a job at the end of trainning period.
- Yeah, i am not doing it for money.
- It's the expericence i think will be really useful.
- Everyone says by the end of the year you get some much confidence.
- You are right.
- That's the most useful part about it.
- There are a lot of varity too.
- They give lots of different things to do.
- I enjoy it all, and i
didn't even mind studying.
- Yea, you have to spend any time in college.
- Yes, one day each month.
- So you get lots of support from your tutor and your manager.
- That's good.
- At the company is easy to get to, isn't it?
- Yes, it's very close to the train station, so the location is really an advantage.
- Have you got a date for your interview yet?
- Yes, it's the 23rd of this month.
- So long as you prepared, there is nothing to worry about.
- Everyone is very friendly.
- I am not sure what i should wear.
- What is you think?
- Nothing to causal, like jeans for example.
- If you get a nice jacket, wear that with a skirt or trousers.
- Ok, thanks.
- Any other tips?
- I now it's obviously, but arriv in plenty of time.
- They hate be arrival at late.
- So make sure you know exactly where you have to get to.
- And one another useful piece of advice my manager talk to me before i interview this job is to smile.
- Even if you feel terrified.
- It makes people respond better to you.
- I have to practice doing that in the mirror.
- Yeah, well, good luck.
- Let me know if you need any more information.
- Thanks very much.
